We are open to hearing from exceptional candidates with strong technical, practical, or specialised skills. FluxPose develops hardware and software for virtual reality, wearables, robotics, and positioning systems, covering areas such as software, embedded systems, electronics, algorithms, mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, testing, certification, supply chain, and technical product management.

We care more about demonstrated ability and real results than degrees, job titles, or conventional career paths. However, this is not a general entry-level application. You should be able to clearly explain what you could contribute and provide evidence of your experience or work.

Most roles are based at our facilities in Logroño, Spain, as they involve working directly with hardware, prototypes, laboratories, and production systems. Remote, hybrid, freelance, part-time, or consultancy arrangements may be considered for particularly strong candidates.
